Almost 2 1/2 years since filing for divorce the state Supreme Court on June 21st 2007 refused to hear the appeal filed by Ms. Carrascosa.

As for the issue of custody and the dissolution of the marriage between Mr. Innes and Ms. Carrascosa the litigation is final.
