For over 4 years the Carrascosa family has made very damaging and hurtful accusations about Mr. Innes. They have publicly accused him of bigamy, fraud, having 27 different identities, they claimed he attempted to murder Ms. Carrascosa by poisoning her and they even claimed he is a wanted drug smuggler that uses a British passport.
Sadly, it appears that the Carrascosas share their crazy accusations with young Victoria. While this is a heartless and cruel thing to do to a young child, it was clearly evident to U.S. Federal Judge Dickenson Debevoise, who in his ruling stated that - based on the Spanish Court's Psychological report - "One can only speculate what the grandparents are telling the child about her father". He added "It is apparent to this court that the grave risk of harm to Victoria has been inflicted - by Carrascosa herself".
Even though there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that any of the accusations are true, Mr. Innes feels compelled to set the record straight so that his child will come to know the truth about her father.
To do so, he first contacted the Bergen County Prosecutors office to discuss the accusations made about him. At his request he was fingerprinted and positively identified by the Bergen County Sheriff's Office. After sharing his fingerprints with the FBI and Interpol, he was excluded from being the nefarious Peter Innes - drug smuggler from Liverpool. In addition, authorities confirmed he has no warrants and no criminal history.
Next, he contacted one of New Jersey's preeminent experts on lie detection, and he voluntarily submitted to a polygraph examination. The credentials of this expert - a decorated New Jersey police detective - and the results of this test can be viewed via the link below. Needless to say, the polygraph indicated that Mr. Innes was being completely truthful when he denied each of the Carrascosa's ridicules accusations.
This serves as convincing proof that the Carrascosa family has engaged in a campaign of deception directed at Mr. Innes.
