Victoria Innes is a delightful 9-year old American child who was illegally abducted by her mother and maternal grandparents in January 2005. She was taken to Valencia, Spain without the consent of her father and in violation of U.S. laws. To this day, Victoria remains in Spain, concealed from her father as a result of a devious Spanish family and an inept Spanish judicial system.
