This website has been created to tell the true story of the illegal abduction of Victoria S. Innes - an American child who was taken to Spain during a U.S. divorce proceeding in January 2005. She was abducted by her mother, maternal grandparents and other accomplices. Since her abduction she has been held in Spain under the protection of the inept regional government of Valencia in violation of U.S. and international laws. This sad story is a result of a devious and deceitful Spanish family and an incompetent family court system in Spain who conspired to abduct an American child.
Despite the best efforts of her father and U.S. authorities, Victoria remains in Spain concealed from her U.S. family. Victoria's mother - Maria Jose Carrascosa - is a convicted child abductor serving a 14 year sentence in a New Jersey State Prison.
